The Long Way Home by: Andrew Klavan

I thought The Long Way Home was completely amazing, it wasn't till after the fact that I realized it was the second in a series. Really makes me want to read the first one and any that have come after. The character Charlie West brings so much to the story and the author really puts you in his place and gets you in his head. When it got to the parts about Beth, especially the ending, I teared up. Definitely a must read for teens who like action packed fiction.
